Way to implement MS like channels with PHP?

Does anyone know if there is a way to implement MS like "channels" using PHP? Also does anyone know if PHP will work with MS Internet Information Servie or with Personal Web Server? If so, can you please provide details or somewhere on websites where I can find more info on how to implement?

I want to know nothing about MS Web servers ... but IE channels are easy. It's been years since I looked at them, but they are just XML.

PHP can produce XML the same way it produces HTML -- or, for that matter, plain text. Write the XML. Echo the variables.

Yes, PHP works on the Microsoft servers, also.
