I/We have a website that gives access to certain areas according to level.
The problem is that some of Our users have been complaining about being logged in, yet not being able to use the functions they are entitled to. The wierd part is that it is the client computer that has the problem, if the same user logs in on another computer it works just fine.
We have tried to delete all temporary internet files, wich shouldn't have anything to do with it, We do not use cookies, one user reinstalled the entire OS and it worked after that ...
Anyone have a solution?
