Banners and banner rotation.

I want to make a page with a Mysql database that displays a banner. The Url and Images,... come from the MySql DB.

Can anyone give me an example on how to do it ?

Look at phpAdsNew on sourceforge.net

It is a full banner management package which seems to work pretty well. It looks like they just released a new version. I'll have to check it out.
