Is there an editor for PHP? If so, where can I download a copy?

Any text editor will do but I suggest Textpad -- I have a windows box just for Textpad..

www.textpad.com -- an excellent editor (and has some PHP syntax highlighting capabilities)

I wonder if this project still under development, cause it is in alpha more or less stable version.
