405 Method Not Allowed

Hi, I have a METHOD IS NOT ALLOWED (error 405) on my WINNT 4 server with IIS4 and php4.
I\'ve sat all the permissions on the server, i think, but im a newbie to this, so im not sure.

If there is anyone who has a guide or tutorial how to set up an IIS4 please post it here.
