IDE for PHP

Does anyone have a link to an IDE for PHP. I do a great deal of Perl hacking in my mac with BBEDIT and the Perl Syntax checker/Debugger. I was wondering if there is an IDE that can give me the same results for PHP. I own MAC and WIN98 machines.
