ftp upload applet

Hello, I am looking for an applet which I can use to replace the default HTPP upload form field with a FTP upload field.

I have seen full featured FTP applets but that is not what I am looking for. Just a button for adding a new file and a field which lists all files that need to be uploaded.

If you know something like this, please let me know.

I think that sourceforge uses something like this...or it could just be regular ftp access...in either case, download the source and browse it. You may find your answer
