PHP Errors Occasionally

I'm running PHP 4.0.0 on an IIS5.0 win2000 server over a cable connection. After executing a script about 30-40 times, I get the following errors:

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01014CD6

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 010212E3

After I get those errors, all my php scripts won't work and the only way to resolve the problem is to restart the computer. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem is? Should I just upgrade to the newest PHP or what?

WEll, there have been several releases since 4.0.0 with many, many improvements. I'd upgrade.

Just for the record....

I am running PHP 4.0.4pl1 with IIS 5.0 on a Windows 2000 Professional box, and am having the same problem, so it seems more than an upgrade is in order to handle this problem.

I just loaded up PHP 4.0.4pl1 on a Win2k professional computer at work with IIS 5.0 and am having this problem as well.
If someone has answered this somewhere, I just started looking for the problem.
I have verified the configuration of PHP and the IIS server as much as I can think of and also rebooted the computer. Still having problems with that coming up.
