when i try to submit my data in mysql database through php4
i am gettin following error

HTTP Error 405
405 Method Not Allowed

The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME type set up for the resource you are requesting.

I don't know what those other people are talking about...

PHP is telling you that it doesn't have permissions to open the file you want. PHP usually runs as user 'nobody' who has limited permissions. You'll have to change the permissions on the file to give access to php, then everything should run fine.

You're getting the second warnings because the first one failed.

you should probably start a new thread for a new problem eh? check your web server documentation, since it is not allowing POST (most likely). You can search the php docs and mailing lists too, there are pointers there on ways to fix this depending on web server. (I know, I had to look it up before).
