Is there a function to do this...?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a function in the GD library that can convert CYMK images to RGB? Such that I have a bunch CYMK JPGs which I want to convert to RGB so that I can make thumbnails of them and display them on a webpage, all on the fly.

I have successfully made thumbnails of RGB JPGs, but I know browsers have problems displaying CYMK images (which is why I need to convert them before displaying the thumbnails.)

So if anyone knows a function that would do this, or can pass me along any web addresses that contain information about this kind of thing, then please let me know.

As far as I know, only Photoshop produces CMYK jpegs. You should convert your images with it.

You can make an PS action and batch it.
Read the PS manual.
