Chat problem, how to update...

I want to build a chat, similiar to
http://www.lovepower.com/, I know how to do
everything except their system they use to
update their chat. It seem to be some kind of
"streaming".. does anybody have any idea on how to do this?

They probably use the automatic refresh offered by HTML.
I'm not sure how to do it (been a long time) and I'm too lazy to look it up.
It's a meta tag I believe it's something like "meta refresh=1" to refresh the page automatically after 1 second.

Look it up in altavista or some other search engine.
