Hello Guys

I am working on a web site for Electrical Engineers and I was wondering if there is some sort of good Math lib that I can connect using PHP and use it functions. Something like doing symbolic algebra or something to help me graph the frequency response of a transfer function (i.e. Bode Plot)

Sounds like something you do not want to do in an "interpreted" language like PHP. Remember, PHP is "compiled" when the page is requested.

I would get a binary (C++) program to do the calculations and only use PHP to put the results into a graph.

Like what and how? Please tell me more. I appreciate your help. If there is a web site that you can refer me to, I will more thankful.

I don't have any specific info for you, sorry.
I just think that a binary program (not a php script) will be much faster
at heavy mathematical calculations than PHP would be.

I think you will find a lot of information if you use a search engine like www.altavista.com

There are bound to be ready-made routines in C or C++ to do almost what you want.
