parsing files with NO extension with php

Hello,

I am trying to get Apache to parse with PHP all files, whether they have an extension or not.

I have been told to modify the DefaultType directive like this:

DefaultType application/x-httpd-php

(putting x-httpd-php instead of text/plain) but IT DOESN'T WORK!

Could a FreeBSD machine behave differently from a RedHat one (the guy who give me this solution has a RedHat box).

I am really desperate for help!

Thanks. But won't this parse everything, including jpgs, for instance?

Yes, it parses ALL files.
