Is there any way to preview php pages in some browser like I can view html pages?
yes. I download PHPTriad from download.com it make your pc a server so you can actually see your PHP pages.

PHP requires a webserver (like apache) or a PHP binary.
There is lots of information about setting these up on linux and windows right here on the site and in the php manual.
