I am writing a site for my band, and I want surfers to be able to press a button which will automatically email them a flyer for our next gig (once I have their email address of course). Is this possible on remotely hosted sites. I have heard that certain email capabilities are suppressed on most servers to prevent spamming.
I would appreciate it if someone could explain the situation to me.
