Mail delivery notification

Hi,

one of my pages allows the user to send mail to a list of recipients. Now I would like to toggle the mail function of reading and delivery confirmation on - you know, the mails you get when a recipient read your mail.

I thought this might be possible by setting something in the header string, similar to the "reply-to" or the "x-urgent", but I don't know what the right tag might be.

Any ideas?

There are two different kinds of such returns.

First : Return-receipt:
- The server mail server returns a receipt, not the user. In otherwords, when this is used the user is not prompted but rather it is automatic. This is transparent to the user.

Second : Disposition-Notification-To:
- User is prompted to send back receipt. This is irritating.
