Looking for web hosting....

I'm looking for a place to host a PHP/MySQL site while gathering funding.

The site was supposed to be hosted by AT&T, but they just dropped support due to the recent market problems (I guess they think the Internet's going out of business ;-) .)

There are several potential investors waiting to see the site in operation, but I'm stuck on a contract in Central Asia right now, so can't run around arranging a server myself. Catch-22.

If you have a web server on a relatively high-speed connection running PHP/MySQL, and think you may be able to help, drop me a 'mail and I'll fill you in on the details.

We will pay for time and services, and this could lead to a hosting contract in the future.

I suggest you set up at pair.com. I have about a dozen sites running there now with mysql and php3. Lots of OC3s, lots of servers.
For more advanced work, we are now running php4 cgis there.

try www.hostcool.com you can pay by credit card per month if you want , the cost is about about $20 per month

they have cgi 25 pop emails php4 3pl.
mysql database,control panel, etc
and their network is fast.
