Hello,
I need to write an app to determine what county a user is coming from based on their zip code. I have browsed the archives and not found anything quite like this. I can write the app once I get the data but I am having a hard time finding the data for free. Maybe it is the idealistic spirit in me that doesn't think I should have to pay the USPS 300 USD for this info but if that is what it comes down to then so be it. I have checked at the census.gov and they don't have exactly what I need to relate the two. Does anybody have a database I could have that would let me discern the county from a zip code? Thanks for the help guys.
