How do I "bind" a rollover to a table?

Is it possible to code it so that any link inside a certian cell/table will have a certian rollover effect? I don't want too (nor will I) add the a menu code line thingy to each line that I have a link on. This is one of the last things in my way before I can finish our site. Please help so I can get my site done. >🙂 I might even give ya a like when it's out there. 😉
