Display weather on web site

Does anyone know of a program that will give weather conditions at the command line? Kind of like docapps for windowmaker or enlightenment but a console or command line version version.

Or does anyone know the best way to display current temperature on a web site?

If you go to:
http://www.wunderground.com/
and look up the weather for your location, the result page will include instructions on how to include a dynamic image of weather conditions on your Web page. (The image, of course, is served from their server.) That's probably the easiest solution.
