IBM voice server

Hi,
I am using IBM voice server SDK for my voice
server application and PHP 4.04 as backend.
When I am recording a file and submitting data, it does not stores in varibale. It sends as multipart data. and PHP is not able to recognise it.
Is there any to read standart input. like read in pearl ? or any other way
