Can php read and write data throw RS232 ? I hope I can do this without using C Language. Anybody knows how to do this? Please teach me. Otherwise I can only use the C. Thanks.
Well, why shouldn't you try to write some phpmodule using c? then you can use it to send data via rs232.

If you are on unix you can just echo text to the /dev/modem etc. :-)
