Hi, I need a VB program that will connect MYSQL ...with VB ..but dunno who to do that!
This is from my page done with PHP and MYSQL ... now I require a VB to interface with MYSQL ...if anyone has any tips, it would greatly be appreciated! thanks

There is a ODBC-driver that you can get on this page: http://www.mysql.com/downloads/api-myodbc.html
There can you connect with VB or anything else that can go by ODBC.

i know php and mysql pretty well aint much i cant do with that, but havnt been doing vb for long and the amount of info on connecting to databases is wide but on odbc seems tobe limited, i had all sorts of probs, connecting and viewing data is no problem adding a sql statement like "select" gets more tricky if you didnt code the app and used DE instead..
