extension in mysql have problem

Last month, i installed mysql3.22 and i created table , i suppose that file of mysql have extension be ISD, ISI and frm. Then,this month i install mysql 3.23 i creat table it have extension MYD MYI frm... I can not use old version.
How way ?
1. convert isd be myd and isi be myi
2. isd isi frm myd myi. what is it means ?

The table formats between mysql 3.22 and 3.23 are incompatible.
You have to start the mysql ver. 3.22 and use mysqldump (read the man if you don't know how), dump your databases, and then shut it down.
Then start the mysql 3.23 and then insert the data in it.
