Mailbox Management

Does anyone know of a set of scripts (I'm thinking along the lines of phpMyAdmin) for mail box management?

Basically I need something that will add users to a system, edit virtual user tables (for mail address mapping) etc.

Failing that, does anyone know how I would go ahbout writing somescripts to do this. I need to be able to add users to a system, modify the /etc/passwd file and modify other files for the virtual user tables.

I'd prefer an out of the box solution, but I could write the scripts if I need to.

User management of the type you are specifying comes out of the box - literally plug this kit in and away you go.

It's good idea, but I was hoping for a solution that doesn't involve replacing any hardware. 🙂
