sessions not working

Using: Windows (95), PHP 4.04, Apache 1.3.32 win32

My problem is the fallowing:
I stored the fallowing script as "count.php"

<?php
session_register("count");
$count++;
?>

(cut and paste from php.net)
I would think that this would work but it is giving me the fallowing errors

I think the problem might be in the PHP.ini configuration. I'm using the PHP 4.04 default settings. Does anybody know what I should change in the ini file??

Change your session folder in your PHP.ini file. At least make sure that you have access to that folder. Hope this helps 🙂

Thanks for the response but it didnt work its still giving me the same errors:

What change did you make? Does the C:\tmp\ directory exist? Is it writable by the Web server?

Oh, I did not think when they were talking about my system temp folder I thought it was based around my server. Thanks there was no C:\temp I should have thought of that. Thanks for all your help!
