chatting request popup

when A-user request a '1:1 chatting' to B-user
popup a request window on B-user's browser
and click 'ok'
B-user and A-user on chtting window
(of course without B-user's refresh)

how can i do this?...

i think this is available with applet
but i dont know detail ..

You can't popup anything on B-user unless B-user is refreshing the page, or there is a java app running.
But that is java, not PHP.
