Hi I want to have a browsable copy of my website,on a cd,which was built by using PHP.Teleport pro can retrieve some of the files but it can not create a browsable copy. Hope to find a solution 🙂 Thanks
where does teleport pro fail? i think the problem is in its setting (search depth, following rules and so on). If you could give some more information (maybe url of your website).
Teleport pro can get all of your site and make offline browsable copies, but then, what;s the point of using PHP?
If you have access to a unix box or can get wget to compile under Windows, it's a damned nice tool for doing just this. With the -r switch it can grab a whole web site while completely ignoring any robots.txt file if you want it to.
