Every once in a while, when I POST or GET form data, I'll get a 404 type page. I've only noticed this with php. It's completely random.
Also, when it happens with GET, hitting the reload button fixes this. If I use POST and I get teh mystery page hitting reload doesn't re-post the form data, it somehow gets lost.
Anyone have any idea or have had similar experiences ?
