I know it is silly, but how do I add hea

I know this question may be silly, but I can not figure out how to with Apache and PHP how to add my header and footer automatically to pages. That is not an accurate statemnet exactly. The problem is, if I click files that I have not explicitely programmed includes in the files, the file with show up without headers and footers. How can I automate this.

So you do not want to do :

include 'file.php';

But rather want file.php to be "included" automatically? Look into :
