Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to install PHP on a Netware server with Netscape Enterprise. I would like to use PHP with our new intranet, but I don't know if it is possible.
Thanks for your help!
Bye,
Mischa
Well, for an ambitious project, you could always compile PHP as an NLM! At least I assume NS running on Novell must be able to talk to other NLM's for cgi's. But good grief, what do you do for a compiler these days now that watcom is no more?
Thanks for the answer! I'll try that or something =]
Here is a link for creating Netware NLM under Linux using GCC. Haven't tried yet.

Hey Patrick:
Could you please share with us your experience looking for a PHP on Netware implementation?
Raghavan Venkat from Novell is involved in porting php4 to Netware. But it seems to be quite unstable at the moment as he writes "..when we request for a script to be executed, it abends (crashes) the server." 🙂
