Help setup free hosting

I am trying to setup free hosting for anyone who wants php + mysql + Mail + ftp. I have already setup my domain with linux ..etc.

I was wondering if someone can point me to some free software or utility which will allow to me to do this without much knowledge of setup on these features.

If you need this help you should not be giving access to anyone, there are a lot of security issues with letting people have access to your machine.

I would think twice if you value the data on your machine
