No offence, but it sounds like you should read some docs about the basics of HTML and PHP.
Regina, if you use the HTML TAG <input type=FILE> the "Browse" button appears in your form...
But, like vincent says: 1 - are your CAPS Lock, locked? 2 - this a basic html, you will need to read the basics to finish your project...
