Don't get me wrong I think the hosts should put their side forward.
And I wasn't thinking of commentrs like "they suck", what use is that?
If a hosts has problems with uptime I want to hear about it? If they've had a hard disk failure, and then you've found at that they only take backup's once a month, I want to know? If they have bandwidth problems, or can't keep to their claims I want to know.
The key words here are constructive and informative. Just saying host A is good and host B is bad is not much help.
Yes we should have good comments on when hosts have performed well, but again why?
I didn't ask for bad things because I'm completely negative, but it's the bad comments that are usually more indicative of a hosts capabilities.
And from a host's (my company is a host) point of view, good comments are always welcome, but bad comments are very useful. How else can one improve service, if one isn't told what to improve?
