this is really wierd... i just went to make some changes to my site. all my font and color config are in one file. i can make any change to this file and there is NO CHANGE on the website. so i thought id // out the include for this file. this works as expected (no text/color formatting). so this leads me to believe that php is caching this config file. how can i change this???
i am running the latest apache and php 4.0.4pl1 - i am not running an optimizer or the zend cache.
i'd love to know why this is happening.
