Post and Get operation

Hello,

I just setup a php test machine on Windows 2000, with Apache. When I create a simple php test page, it works fine; however when I try to send html form data, the page comes up without any data in the variable. I have double and triple checked by case and spelling and it is correct. Is there something that needs to be turned on?
