Error message

I try to upload a file

with a form and the copy() function

but when i generate the page i get this error message :

Warning: Unable to open 'D😛HPuploadtempphp777.tmp' for reading: No such file or directory in d:\Internet\newissues\edition\ajouter_commentaire.php on line 65

When I print the local directory I get this

local file: D:\PHP\uploadtemp\php793.tmp

The directory has been created as well

Is anybody knows a solution or a suggestion

Surely there should be some /'s in there?!

Also, the number 777 isn't the same as 793 which you put further down...
