redirection in WAP

Hi,
How to redirect the flow to different PHP files based on some condition in WAP . In HTML we have header() function .Is there anything like that in WAP.

same header function will work as well for WAP. its just that the destination file should return WML header and everything will be displayed fine on your phone.

but i noticed that some NEW phones dont handle all types of redirection. i am still not sure what kind of "error" should i put before header ("Location...") call? 302 - moved temporarily or what?

right now i am using 302 [i think!, i dont have a source here] and it works quite okay... only 2 people reported problems with their "not-so-standard" phones.

I've had the same problem on an application where I redirect processing to another page in PHP. I'm doing the usual, ie now sending output, making sure I've got no spaces.. but I'm now waking up in a cold sweat dreaming about the error "Error in XML document".

All the phones seem to support the usual Header (location : ..), APART from the 9210, which inconveniently, my customer wants to use.

Appreciate any help, as I've written a small app which has only essential PHP, but to no avail. I've tried the Nokia forum, but again, as usual no response, and the "help" centre point me to the developers forum which I have had no response from!!

I'm even looking at using a require/include to redirect the page, which seems to work on a test application. My computer is now edging closer to a window....
