Yes this may just be semantics but I'd like to get a clarification from someone who knows, maybe you?
My company has an internet page. We have a link on that page to what was our internal company intranet page. Our intranet is now accessible from the internet, granted we have the intranet page password protected, but still anybody can get to it. We made the intranet a kind of extranet/intranet thing so mainly the sales reps could get info.
My question is, what is our new intranet page really? Is it just an internet page, or is it at an intranet page? I always thought that if the world could get to your page it was no longer in an intranet. If someone has a good working definition of the different webpages maybe you could enlighten us.
Thanks.
