PDF with layers

Can I create a pdf document (pdflib ver. 3.20 installed on php 4.0.3pl1, goof working system) with multiple layers???
I can create multiple documents or a single multiple page document, but a page with multiple layers (as Adobe Acrobad does...) ???

I am news in php, I use WIN/PHP
I have problem With PHP_PDF.dll

in php.ini
extension=php_cpdf.dll
extension=php_pdf.dll

when I want to compile PHP
I have error message
he tel that dll dan't exist

but i see the dll exist

please help me to instal this
