Proxy and ISP

I want to check the proxy server through that the browser connect to my server. And I also want to know the ISP that provide the service for him to access my webpage.

I don't think there's any obvious way to do this. One idea would be to trace the user's IP address... but I wouldn't know where to begin. Make a file containing
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
and look at the information it shows - maybe that will get you started.
