compile with -DEAPI?

On our OpenBSD system, I just built PHP 4.04pl1 and when I restart Apache 1.3.12, I get the following:

"Loaded DSO libexec/libphp4.so uses plain
Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash
under EAPI! (please recompile it with
-DEAPI)"

Where is it in the PHP build that I can specify this?
