I have ver 4.0.1.pl2 running on Apache 1.3.9, Linux.

Any issues with this? should I upgrade to the latest version?

what kind of question is this?

Ask yourself a question - what do I need my PHP engine to do? Does my current version fulfill these requirements? If yes, than don't worry about it... if not, than may be you should consider upgrade.

I use PHP 4.0.4 pl 1 and I am very happy with it,
