Make an offline snapshot of a PHP site?

Does anybody know of a good tool for grabbing a snapshot of a PHP (or other dynamic) website, so that it can be demonstrated offline?

"Subscribing" in IE5 and then using "Work Offline" works, but its a bit hit-and-miss whether the pages will still be cached when you stand up and start demonstrating.

I'm aware of Xbuilder but the pricetag rules it out.

Teleport pro is a nice tool for grabbing websites, but note:
you cannot grab any of the "dynamics" of the website!
You will end up with a static copy of some of the html files generated by the site.

I'm aware it won't grab any "interactivity" but its great as a snapshot of a site which uses PHP to generate menus, next/last buttons, tables of links etc.
