Free Microsoft frontpage shopping cart??

HELP! lawd! I've been looking for free shopping carts everywhere! I have Microsoft frontpage 98 and I wondered if anyone knows of a free or cheap shopping cart software that will work with Frontpage....... so I can add a shopping cart to my webpage I made with Frontpage! 100's of sites say free but they are not! If there is no cheap software that works with Frontpage Is there a way to use java or perl in Frontpage? Im so new to all this!
I need help!!!!
