I just uploaded my new site to a different company's server---- I had been testing out the scripts on my own laptop, and everything worked keen- so I ftp'd it up and all went well except for one major flaw.... my site has a guestbook etc. and it uses all text files because i knew the server space it was going to be on wouldnt have database support etc. But everytime a script trys to write to a text file, it says permission denied! It didn't do this on my installation of php on my laptop.... is this easy to fix? Is the problem in php.ini? Thanks for your help...
