MySQL & PHP question

I'm such a newbie... STILL. Does anyone know of a good program to add mysql entries (3 sections) that can be searched for on a site using PHP... that can also display heading titles, etc. I am wanting to put articles on the web. They will consist of:

Title
Story
Comments

Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to enter these 3 sections into a mysql database... also like I mentioned, allow me to search these, list them in alphabetical order, etc?
