Free PHP hosting with socket() enabled ?

I'm looking for a free (or very cheap) PHP4 hosting which allows the socket() function.

Do you know such a service ?

I am interested in this package: 10Mb 250Mb $4.80 but can you host it if I do not have a domain name for this?

(it will be like http:// your ip address/my page name).

I host my other home page with inetsmart for $5 a month but they do not support PHP/MySQL. How much time would it take to transfer domain to you and what would it cost? Is it a big hussle to transfer domain from one ISP to another?

Yes you can use a subdomain ie
somthing.php4hosting.com

We don't charge anything our end for a domain to be setup on our servers, its just a matter of updating the DNS servers.

This is normally an e-mail request to your current host.

Takes about 24 hours after the request. Very simple.
