WAP Push technology

I don't know how to implement "Push technology on mobile commerce" do I have to create any gateway or protocol or only coding WML?

In short, it doesn't exist at the moment.

What exactly are you looking to do?

At the moment WAP implements a WAP enabled browser within mobile devices. This allows the user to browser WAP enabled pages. It does now allow you to push data to the WAP browser. So, what are you looking to do?
