Robert - here's a shortyquick answer that may or may not help :-) There are code snippets in the library here and at other PHP sites (try devshed.net too) that show how to upload files; I think they'll work on PHP 3 and PHP 4 equally well. (You may want to investigate upgrading to PHP4 [or pressure your hosting company, or whatever], just 'cuz it's better all 'round...)
